5 Things I Did Today For My Self Care

1. I went on a 30 minute walk at lunch with new co-workers. Starting a new job is hard, but making time for physical activity and socializing with peers during the day makes it less stressful.

2. I cooked myself dinner. Instead of grabbing fast food on the way home I made myself one of my favorite meals, spaghetti.

3. I walked my dog. I got him a new collar to help with pulling and we went on a wonderful walk through our new neighborhood. Two walks in one day! Vitamin D all the way.

4. I bought a present for my pup. Getting to see him enjoy a new toy brings me immense joy!

5. I took time to BREATHE!
