Breathe

Sometimes in the middle of a busy day the best self care is to take 3 deep breathes and remind yourself why you do what you do. 
For me, I do what I do to help kids and families be emotionally safe and have healthy relationships. Sometimes that is stressful. 
 Breathing gets me through.
